After losing the opener to England, the Women’s Under-19 National Team lost 6-1 to France in Belfast.
Italy took the lead after nine minutes through Pink Sport forward Annamaria Serturini. The lead held until the 35th minute when Bourdieu scored twice in three minutes to point France ahead. After the break, France took control as Bourdieu found the net again in the 58th minute, Ollivier scored after 69, Laurent in the 72nd before Gavory rounded things off in stoppage time.
On Monday 14th August, the Azzurrine will be in Portadown against the Netherlands for their final group match against the Netherlands at 15:00 local time or 16:00 CEST.
